Silji Abraham Joins VIC Tech Board of Directors

FAYETTEVILLE, AR – VIC Tech is pleased to announce the appointment of Silji Abraham to its Board of Directors. Abraham brings over 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, industrial automation and automotive sectors, with expertise in R&D, supply chain, business development, venture investment, and digital transformation.

Abraham has held executive leadership roles at multiple S&P 500 companies, including serving as SVP & Chief Technology Officer at West Pharmaceutical Services. In this role, he led global R&D and IT organizations, spearheaded strategic initiatives in cybersecurity and product digitization, and oversaw key functions such as clinical affairs, advanced engineering, and applied research. Prior to this, he held senior leadership positions at MilliporeSigma (Merck KGaA), Sigma-Aldrich, Invensys (Schneider Electric), and DaimlerChrysler.

Abraham's extensive board experience includes serving as a board member at Daikyo Seiko in Tokyo, Japan, and as the management chair of the Innovation & Technology Committee at West. He has also overseen the allocation and management of budgets exceeding $200 million annually.
