Jernigan is the founder of Angel Oak, a consultancy specializing in fundraising and advisory services for startups at various stages of growth. Before founding Angel Oak, she spent over a decade as an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs, covering wireless telecom service companies across North America and Europe. Her expertise in this field is complemented by her extensive experience raising capital for investment funds, nonprofits, and startups worldwide.
Her work with family offices in London on board structure and governance further solidifies her qualifications to contribute to Vic Technology Venture Development's mission of fostering innovation and growth in emerging technology companies.
